Participants also will gain a deep understanding of the impact workplace violence can have on an organization on both culture and continuity of operations   and why preparedness is non-negotiable when it comes to minimizing the trauma experienced by employees as well as business interruptions.\n\n \n\nKey Learning Objectives:\n\n1.  The statistics and financial implications surrounding workplace violence\, including both direct and indirect costs.\n\n2.  The difference between reaction-based preparation and threat-based preparation.\n\n3. The three key elements and best practices of pre-incident preparation\, including training and drills\, physical and technical security\, process and procedures.\n\n4.  Checklist of areas that go into a site assessment\, and how each organization can work to mitigate those risks with their leadership teams. \n\n5.
