This will be a great day to observe or participate in a group ex class, take a nutrition workshop, see what personal training or small group sessions look like, learn about Reflexology and the Avacen machine, try the hydro-massage lounge chair, meet the staff and see how the Beaumont Health Club can help you with your fitness and well-being.

Stop by the Beaumont Health Club on Wednesday, February 15th from 10:00 am - 1:00 pm or 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm and try out:

• Pools and fitness floor
• Classes (60/week)
• Running/walking track
• Nutrition seminar and more
• Plus, meet our staff (personal trainers, group fitness instructors, and a dietician!)
