Donna Cecchini is a Personal Certified Coach with the International Coaching Foundation who works with companies, individuals and couples teaching a holistic approach to running their businesses and lives with a focus on leadership, communication, productivity, and mindfulness.
The former founder and ten-year operating principal of a real estate franchise, former designated managing broker in both IL and IA, and an owner of two businesses created from the ground up, Cecchini launched and ran a division within her real estate company that provided support and coaching for over sixty new salespeople, many of whom went on to achieve top-producer status, teams and mega agents.
