Join us on Friday, October 18, to learn more about mental health first aid training and get certified! Mental health awareness matters!
 
Adults, 18 years and older looking to strengthen their skills in recognizing and responding to mental health challenges and crises in their communities can benefit from this Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training program. This training teaches you how to assist and support others who may be experiencing a mental health or substance use challenge and is taught by a certified MHFA instructor.
 
Training materials, lunch, and snacks are generously sponsored by the Huizenga Fund, an endowed fund of First Congregational Church.
