Hearthstone Hospice was founded in 2022 with a mission to provide compassionate, patient-focused end-of-life care to individuals and families throughout Oakland and Macomb Counties. Our Team saw the need for more personalized hospice services that truly honor the dignity, comfort, and values of every patient. we opened with a small, dedicated staff and have quickly grown thanks to our deep commitment to care and community. 

We offer Hospice care (at home or in facilities): Bereavement support, Pain and symptom management, emotional, spiritual, and psychosocial support, Care coordination with local physicians and specialists. 

What sets Hearthstone Hospice apart is our unwavering dedication to quality care and our holistic approach. we see the whole person, not just the diagnosis. Our staff is locally rooted, highly trained, and deeply compassionate ensuring every family we serve feels supported, informed, and cared for throughout their journey. 

Our leadership team brings over 50 years of combined healthcare experience. We're proud to partner with local senior living facilities and faith-based organizations. Hearthstone is one of the few hospices in the region offering specialized training in dementia-sensitive care.
