Perspire Sauna Studio opened on March 10, 2023 and are celebrating their first 90 days in business and over 5,000 sauna sessions already completed. Owners, Rami and Stephanie Ubaydi are longtime Rochester residents and saw the need for such a health & wellness space in the community.

Perspire Sauna Studio offers 10 private infrared saunas that are custom designed to include full spectrum infrared heat as well as medical grade red light therapy and color light therapy. The studio also provides concierge-level service and premium amenities, to ensure a completely transformative 40-minute sauna session.

Perspire Sauna Studio provides guests with an immersive experience, utilizing the latest in infrared technology to not only rejuvenate the body, but to afford members with a decompressive, personalized space for healing on their personal health journeys.
