Parkways Court is the final phase of construction for our Parkways of Auburn Hills Community. Parkways of Auburn Hills opened back in 2016 but Parkways Court received its first occupancy on July 1st, 2024.

Parkways Court consists of 32 luxury apartment homes, consisting of 21 three-bedroom townhomes, 5 two-bedroom townhomes, and 6 two-bedroom ranches.
