Rochester Community Concert Band ‘Let’s Dance’ concert News Release: 2/1/2025

ROCHESTER HILLS, MI — The Rochester Community Concert Band presents their ‘Let’s Dance’ concert on Tuesday, March 4, at 7:30 p.m. at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church, 620 Romeo Street, Rochester, Michigan 48307. The concert is open to the public and free to attend. Music to be performed includes: 

 

  • Albanian Dance by Shelley Hanson 

  • Fandango by Frank S. Perkins, arr. Floyd Werle 

  • Of Endless Miles and Empty Rafts by Michele Fernandez 

  • My Fair Lady by Alan Jay Lerner and Frederick Loewe, arr. Robert Russell Bennett 

  • Four Scottish Dances by Malcolm Arnold, arr. John Paytner 

  • Danzon No. 2 by Arturo Marques, arr. Oliver Nickel 

  • Jitterbug by Robert Buckley

Who is the Rochester Community Concert Band? 

The 90-member all volunteer Rochester Community Concert Band is conducted by Paul F. DeRubeis and includes adult community members and advanced high school students from greater Rochester and Rochester Hills as well as students from Macomb Community College. The RCCB is a 501(c)(3) non-profit tax-exempt organization.
